Who We Are

Arizona Senior Placement Advisors was founded in 2020 with a single mission: to be a thorough, human, and professional referral business. We had a tumultuous and frustrating experience helping our Grandmother find a new home after her level of care advanced from her independent status. We were looking for a Memory Care Facility in a certain location, at a certain price point, and one that allowed pets since our Grandmother was inseparable from her Pup, Bochelli. The companies we worked with didn't find us any facilities that fit any of our needs and then tried to pressure us into choosing one that didn't fit. That left a bad taste in our mouth especially since there were so many other obstacles to overcome in transitioning her to a new home, the last thing we needed was another difficulty from someone who didn't seem to care about us. We were disappointed with the services that were available so we decided to create our own!  We approach each of our clients with respect and credibility offered by a management team comprised of a Law Enforcement Officer, a HIPAA Complaint Lawyer, and a (Director within Adult Protective Services/ Real Estate Broker).

Though we’ve grown since our founding, we’re still the same agency at heart. If you are ready to start that difficult conversation or your situation is forcing you to, give us a call today and see what we can do for you.

Personable Consultation

We have advisors who are willing to drive you out to or meet you at your potential new home when you're doing your initial walk through. It can be overwhelming making that first impression so we make sure to ask questions and reiterate information about the specific facility to make sure the fit is right for you.

*Moving Company Credit*

You probably have furniture and keepsakes you want to bring with you to make your new Home feel like Home. We offer a moving credit to help that transition by moving your things for you so it isn't another worry to stress about in our Arizona heat.

*Commission Reduced Real Estate*

Partnering with the local Scottsdale Brokerage, Realty Exchange, we're able to offer an opportunity to sell your house with the Realtor either waiving their commission entirely or accepting a heavily reduced commission so more money rolls into your pocket.

*Credit and Referral towards Estate Planner*

Organizing all of those documents can be overwhelming so we have credible attorneys we can recommend you to. We don't make any money off these attorney referrals but we forward a $1,000 dollar credit to lower your final bill. We'll refer you to someone who's values we think resemble ours and is looking out for your best interest.

How do I know I can trust AZSPA?

We strive to make our referral agency as reputable as possible. Our advisors are accredited with the National Placement & Referral Alliance. Our management team also consists of a Law Enforcement Officer, an attorney who specializes in HIPAA compliance, and a Director within Adult Protective Services. All our operations are transparent and we make sure you clearly understand the process throughout by having an in person advisor who is assigned to your case and prioritizes YOU.

How do I know that Arizona Senior Placement Advisors is the right consulting agency for me?

This is up to you because you are the one in control of this but, if our story resonates with you and you appreciate attentive and compassionate care, we know we're the best option. Our in-person approach is unique to AZSPA as well as our additional value added in our '1 of 3' perk system we offer also differentiates us from the other options.

Will my information be kept private?

While it isn't legally required of the other referral agencies, we think your information deserves to be protected under the highest scrutiny. We protect all your information under HIPAA complaint processes and ensure that your business is kept discreet and safe.

Why don't I have to pay any money to AZSPA?

We don't charge you anything throughout this entire process because we are compensated by the facility you select. They will compensate us with a percentage of the first month's rent. We use that money to pay the advisor who places you as well as to fund whichever one of the additional perks you select. This doesn't affect the facilities we suggest because we work for you and prioritize your needs and wants during the search process, one of which being price point.

If I don't want your services, can you still provide me information?

While we won't be able to search Facilities for you, we still want you to be prepared and knowledgeable.
