There is a definite difference!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Make ahead, in bulk<\/strong>. You could make a HUGE batch ahead and keep it warm in a slow cooker. Then all you&rsquo;d need is some hot coffee and everyone could pour their own, and top it with whipped cream (or not).
