Even though, yes, I cook and write for a living &ndash; I&rsquo;m a busy mama, and I don&rsquo;t always plan my meals ahead. Spaghetti is my favorite in this, but whatever you have will work just fine!<\/div><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><div><strong>Onion <\/strong>&ndash; cut this to a medium dice.<\/div><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><div><strong>Garlic <\/strong>&ndash; mince it! (double it if you are feeling like you need a little extra garlic in your life)<\/div><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><div><strong>Cream of chicken soup<\/strong> &ndash; buy it or make your own. You do you. See below for alternative.<\/div><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><div><strong>Water<\/strong><\/div><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><div><strong>Cheddar cheese<\/strong> &ndash; switch it up and use pepper jack or Monterey. Mm. Cheese.<\/div><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><div><strong>Cubed ham<\/strong> &ndash; versatile, high in protein, delicious. Use leftover ham from a holiday, or just pick up a pack from the grocery store.<\/div><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><div><strong>Roasted red peppers<\/strong> &ndash; I buy these in a jar, and just dice them up. Pimentos work too!<\/div><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><div><strong>Parsley <\/strong>&ndash; optional, but see that burst of green?
