I’ve wanted to learn to make jam for ages… thanks to you and this quick, easy recipe, today’s the day! It’s on the stove for the 10 minute boil now. I’m looking forward to this!

Perfect. Needs to hit 220F and it thickens up just like store bought jam BUT tastes so much better. Thanks!

It was easy to make and turned out very good. I only used 3/4 cup of sugar and for our taste, turned out perfectly.

This was my first time making jam. It was delicious and so easy. I had no idea it was this easy. I easily halved the recipe. I did use a little less sugar based off the comments and felt it was still sweet (like I like it). I only got the temp up to about 211 and that was with a strong boil and about 20 minutes. I didn’t want to burn it so I just went with that and it turned out great.

I tried making this recipe with Splenda instead of sugar, as I am diabetic, and it turned out just a little too tart for my taste. (For anyone wondering, it did still set nicely, though.) Thanks!
