But I am one person so alot to eat. Lol. The second time around I halved the recipe and then prior to measuring my flour i added 1 tsp of cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder then topped off with flour and a little less then half a cut of milk. Cornstarch helps chrisp up the waffles a little. Thank you so much for your recipe, I’ll be looking to see what else you have!
