Oh my word… I almost teared up eating this for the first time as it reminded me just of the meal I’ve been trying to remember since my grandmother passed away. She would make this meal for me every summer! Now I get to share this with my children. Thanks for sharing this meal!

Please don’t say to prepare it is only 5 minutes, how does one peeled potatoes and carrots and brown the hamburg in 5 minutes? Other than that it is DELICIOUS
