Ingredients

Instructions
Chop the cucumbers and tomatoes. Thinly slice the red onion. Cut the feta into chunks.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano salt, and pepper.
In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes, feta, red onion, and parsley.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
