This classic Chicken Caesar Salad is fresh, easy, and packed with flavor. Made with crisp romaine, juicy chicken, creamy homemade Caesar dressing, and crunchy croutons.
Measure the croutons, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard,
Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and olive oil.
Prepare lemon wedges if using.
Make the Caesar dressing
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while continuously whisking until the dressing is well combined and emulsified.

Cook the chicken
Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2 large large boneless skinless chicken breasts, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, Salt and pepper, 2 tablespoons olive oil
Cook the chicken breasts for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown.
Remove from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Assemble the salad
In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese.

Add the sliced chicken on top.
Dress the salad
